The rebrand
Why change the name after three decades?
CraneMorley spent 31 years earning 200-plus national awards for one thing: training that holds up when it counts. That track record is the institution. It doesn't go anywhere.
What changed is the hardware. Smart glasses, on-device AI, and VR finally became good enough to put a genuine expert at a worker's shoulder — head up, hands free, at the exact moment of the task. Proformance AI is that same training discipline, now built on the frontier instead of describing it.
The operator side of the story matters too: Our team brings 17 years of hands-on automotive diagnostic work to the table. Institutions plus operators — three decades of training credibility, and people who have actually done the job on the tools.
